Brackley is a member of Queens County, just north of Charlottetown, centrally located on Prince Edward Island beside the Charlottetown Airport. Just north of Brackley on Route 15 is the widely successful tourism town of Brackley Beach, which is considered a provincial favourite for many tourists. Brackley is a total driving distance of just 12.3 km (7.6 mi.) south of Brackley Beach and 7.6 km (4.7 mi.) north of Charlottetown.

Brackley is a quite conveniently located community, right by the airport, Charlottetown, Brackley Beach and due to its central location, nearly anywhere on the island is reachable in a short distance. Brackley is home to the Dunes Café, which features local seafood and a plethora of delicious entrees, as well as handmade pottery, private bookings and plenty of hospitality. Brackley is also home to arts and crafts, a gallery and beautiful gardens. If passing through Brackley, it's hard to miss the large sunflower mailbox, which is a roadside attraction.
